These terms govern your use of the Portal Trail Base website at https://portaltrailbase.click and any written chronology notes we supply after a conversation. By continuing to read the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, leave the pages.

Portal Trail Base is an independent chronology desk in Bangkok. The website offers informational writing about digital collectible comic mint history, including Marvel-themed NFT comics discussed as published records. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell collectibles, execute trades, or open an account.

Intellectual property. Site copy, original chronology wording, and original graphics belong to Portal Trail Base unless a credit says otherwise. Marvel-related names appear only to identify works under discussion. They remain trademarks and copyrighted works of their owners. You may not copy our written briefs for resale. You may not scrape the site to build a competing archive of our sentences.

Compatibility claims. References to Veve describe an external collector application you may visit. References to Binance-compatible public notes describe how some collectors keep secondary figures beside mint stamps. Those names indicate compatibility or identification only. They do not grant you a licence to those brands and they do not make Portal Trail Base a partner, affiliate, subsidiary, or licensee.

Liability. Chronology notes follow public sources that can be wrong. We do not warrant that a mint date is complete or that a later correction will not appear. To the fullest extent allowed under the law of Thailand, Portal Trail Base is not liable for collector decisions, missed drops, or market outcomes that follow from reading our pages. We do not provide financial or investment advice.

No funds, no keys. You must not send cryptocurrency, collectibles, or private keys to us. We do not custody assets. If you ignore this rule, we will attempt to refuse the transfer; we still accept no duty as a wallet, broker, or exchange.

External links. Links to Veve, image hosts, or other sites leave our control. Their terms apply on their pages.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from paid writing, except where applicable consumer rules require otherwise.

Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after posting is acceptance of the revised text.
